How long do I put eggs in my electric steamer for boiled eggs?

I have an old rice cooker / steam when you put water in the bottom and go food containers on top of heating per unit of water. I can not find my teaching / Cookbook for the unit. There are 2 water levels high and low. I wonder how much water to put in and how long I need steam.
