What should I do with the fillet steak in my fridge for my food?
Should I cut it into strips and fry, or simply Fry? Can I do anything? I think something else. I save many basics of cooking and a tour around the corner. I would like chili con carne Istead with steak meat. Ooooh, I could do something or stroganoff. Any ideas?
I totally agree with Sal keep by not bothering you with this, you can at room temperature, before flash frying it heat up on each page, then end. There should be a couple of nice sauce in the pan now and you could make gravy with them, add red wine and deglaze " Left the stove, then a little water and pellets of sauce, cook for a few minutes and a touch of cream at the end, or if you just work your weight, low-fat cream too. Mushrooms would compliment it really well, but you fry them separately for the first few minutes then add the sauce to finish cooking.
