Salsa Good for you?

heres the thing: I'm a student and I work part time, so I'm pretty busy. Lately, I have back home at 9 clock and still have homework to do, I have not much time to eat. So yeah I have lazy lately and grab as 10 chips, they break into a thousand pieces and of filling a bowl with salsa. I like the olives, tomato salsa, I at the store. It is all fruit and vegetables, no cheese or some other ingredient. I can through the glass container Salsa go in about two days, so it's a lot of salsa. The listing on the back of the container, said each serving (2 tablespoons) are equivalent to 10 calories. I usually buy guiltless gourmet chips or guacamole chips (yum) and the package takes about 5 days. So I wonder, that's okay for me or I am seriously a lack of basic nutritional needs? I usually drink water, milk or diet pepsi with my "dinner". Thanks! What is a good substitute for chips?

It's pretty darn good! You have to watch the sodium in the chips, but at. Edit: Look for lower sodium chips, or some strange health food brands those are pretty good, they can be cheap. Overall, I do not believe what you're doing everything is so easy to have fun bad!
