If I remove the channel of home brew, I can upgrade with no lining or filling the Wii?

I want to set updates but I have installed the Homebrew Channel. If I uninstall it and then a system update on Stuff Up My Wii? plz help.

Just change your Wii. They need not uninstall "themselves homebrew channel:)
