1990 Commanche with oil in air cleaner?

I have a problem with oil immersion in air cleaner. With only 68K original miles on it, and no EGR valve. Completely stock engine, and the line of PVC valve cover to air cleaner (also stock). A person who has heard of this problem, give advice. Am dumping quarter by about 1 week.
