How do I cook eggs or pancakes in a frying pan stainless steel?

I have the classic stainless steel head Cuisinart pans and a stove with glass top electric. Eggs and pancakes seem to stick even with spray or oil added.

I have the same game and Ive been impossible. You can buy a non-adhesive for about $ 30. its much easier than the fight against w / stainless steel.
