Best way to clean cell aluminum air filter mail?

I have been using soaps as Mr. Clean, etc and they are not real effective to remove the accumulation of cells. It is not possible to erase or brush between the plates, so I need something that removes the "dirt" just soaking. I also tried to take a hi washing Car-pressure spray. No good either.

I do not remember the name of our first air filter, but recommended soap automatic dishwashing, it does so so. I myself presure washed the tip hot water hot, but we must be careful not to deform or bend the bars to help if your psi pressure above 1500
