Soft and Fresh Cheese: This type of cheese can be made up of the different cheese sources. This is an all-natural cheese. It gives less in flavor since it does not have much contrast to its flavor. It has soft texture. This type of cheese should be consumed in no time since it is likely to be molded easily because of its nature and preparation. The soft cheese has a bit higher position in age than the fresh cheese.
Semi-soft Cheese: The Semi-soft cheese is more firm than fresh cheese. This types comes with a richer flavor. This type of cheese is useful in cooking any recipes that need cheese in it. This is normally found in kitchens.
Hard-type Cheese: This type of cheese is an old aged cheese. Its crystalloid texture is ideally used for sprinkling.
