I think that the greatest component of the slow carb diet concept is cheat days! My own cheat day lands on each and every Saturday, simply because that is what works best for me personally. Yet, this may actually be any day of the week for you, dependent upon just how you wish to set your own routine.
Now just for fun, let’s take a brief walk through one of my latest cheat day indulgences:

7:00 AM – Firstly, I start out with Athletic Greens, a small number of dried edamame, 2 hard boiled eggs, as well as almond butter with broccoli (I know this could sound so odd, but it’s absolutely delicious)
8:30 AM – Fresh coffee (with Fructevia and organic vanilla soymilk) and brownies
10:00 AM – A couple of Philly Soft Pretzels (Did I mention that I love the slow carb diet?)
12:00 PM – Watermelon and also a number of Ritz crackers
1:30 PM – Ham & cheese sandwich with green pepper & lettuce, bbq chips, as well as Coke Zero (although fake sugar is awful, I just cannot help myself)
3:30 PM – Seven vanilla Oreo cookies
5:30 PM – KFC fried chicken breast, Arby’s roast beef sandwich, a couple of french fries, a biscuit, as well as iced tea
6:00 PM – Black raspberry ice cream along with a Tasty Cake
8:00 PM – A second Philly Soft Pretzel (they’re best when fresh, so I don’t want them to go to waste)
9:30 PM – Chocolate Popsicle plus a few frozen peanut butter cups
It would definitely be scary to add up the calories on all of this, yet again that is another great piece of the slow carb diet. Believe it or not, while this sounds like a bunch (and it genuinely is), this has become a pretty common cheat day for me.
Therefore, you should rest assured that I will not be weighing myself the following day after a cheat. In fact, I usually wait until Tuesday morning to weigh in for the first time after my Saturday cheat. Almost every single week, even after the unbelievable cheat days, I’m right back down to my target weight on Tuesday morning, which is such a terrific experience.
The following are a handful of important notes:
1. Throughout the day, I carry out the binge fighting exercises (push ups, air squats, and arm band extensions)
2. I often take a walk at some point throughout the day. This is nothing exceedingly demanding; rather, just a short, pleasant walk.
3. I do my best not to eat until the degree that I feel ill, but it still happens occasionally to the best of us.
