How do I remove the coil ST4000 Black & Decker trimmer (mill)?

The ST4000 Black & Decker trimmer is not as easy as I thought, It would replace the coil, there are no arrows or marks, and I tried to escape a hard time. Any & any help would be appreciated.

Stylish free standing lamp light?

My high halogen lamp just died and I have to replace it. I am 30 years old, so I think, time to get a Lamp receive great person – that is, halogens, and $ 15 lamps at low prices that fry bugs and the smell of ash. I need something really brilliant – I read a lot and have a dark apartment. I need a lamp-post – can something stand alone. I hope to see something cool and functional as well as a post-graduate students Content (less than $ 100). Anyone have any suggestions? If you can provide a link to a place of issue, the better!
