I am an amateur cook who likes to cook hardy meals cooked at home whenever I get the chance. I was doing some research on different types and brands of cookware and they see may be a bit expensive. I am not a ton of money to spend, the price is a big concern for me. One day I arrived from running through Emerilware by All-Clad on HSN (I just love Emeril and use to watch his show live when it was on Food Network). I see that the two W's Emerilware hard anodized and stainless steel / copper aluminum base 10 series parts are the same price (which happens to be in my range price), I found that was unthinkable in the market for kitchen utensils. So I was wondering who you think would be a better fit for such amateur cook like me who likes to cook at home hardy meals (btw, I use an electric oven), why and what are their different benefits (other than being hard anodized scratch resistant)?

Personally I prefer anodized pans because they do not stick the same way Stainless steel made and they are easy to clean. I've used for past few years, and would use nothing else.I used stainless steel in the past, but food sticks to them and they are harder to clean.

White spots appear as I merge onto the UteE cardstock. I tried to use less heat, making sure that I am moving around the gun, so I can find anything on the Internet. The white spots are permanent and can not be deleted. They are not as high UteE clear when melted. The UteE is a new bottle and not mixed with other embossing powder.

I think to get a new pan set. I'm researching different brands and different types of cookware. This will be a big investment that I intend to keep these pots for the rest of my life (I hope). I am currently deciding between the iron, copper or stainless steel. You should have a good collection of both stainless steel with a heavy base and melting. Have a 18/10 stainless steel with aluminum in Incert the heavy base that will allow the pan to heat evenly and allows it to retain its heat. Fonte some dishes are great, but not all. I have a series of pots of HSN's chef Wolfgang Puck's for about 6 years and they have the same look as the day I bought them. I've used to almost any type of container with great results. They have great deals this time of year with its products. You can spend 6 or 7 percent or even some that are great too, but if you're on a budget, you can not go wrong with these too.
