What kind of pans are best to cook?
I think to get a new pan set. I'm researching different brands and different types of cookware. This will be a big investment that I intend to keep these pots for the rest of my life (I hope). I am currently deciding between the iron, copper or stainless steel. For the moment we have a cook Electric with a ceramic glass top. I prefer a gas stove, well and if I ever redo my kitchen, I'll have a cooktop gas. Oh – And I do all types of cooking, soups and stews to stir-fries, steaks and Searing to deglaze sauce, and just about everything.
You should have a good collection of both stainless steel with a heavy base and melting. Have a 18/10 stainless steel with aluminum in Incert the heavy base that will allow the pan to heat evenly and allows it to retain its heat. Fonte some dishes are great, but not all. I have a series of pots of HSN's chef Wolfgang Puck's for about 6 years and they have the same look as the day I bought them. I've used to almost any type of container with great results. They have great deals this time of year with its products. You can spend 6 or 7 percent or even some that are great too, but if you're on a budget, you can not go wrong with these too. Fonte you should have a giant 12-inch and larger widescreen and a smaller one for personal stuff too. As corn bread, etc.
