How to cold brew coffee steep?
I want a cold beer, coffee concentrate (without syrup, something like coffee, but cold) to reduce the amount of acid in coffee. I am a blend of Porter and would add the taste of coffee and I read that the mixing of cold and / or tempering produces smoother Taste of coffee without the increase of caffeine and acidity. Caffiene is not a big problem for me, but the acid. Can this be done w / o purchase of additional Equipment? I have) a coffee bean and Gross (with no parameters. I also have a French press and a manufacturer's regular drip coffee. I wonder grind on what I should use and how good my coffee beans before so thank you!
Here are some links … You need some specific contracts, but it is cheap. It is less acidic than coffee, and others would probably taste that you add to Porter. You can try different ratios of water for coffee … 3:1, 2:1 or 1:1.
