Choose pots where the heat spread throughout the entire pan. Calphalon or tripling or allclad Henckel. Nonstick pans are usually hard anodized with nonstick coating. Find something better than Chintzy super Teflon, which soon disappears. Usually pans with Teflon pans are low quality to begin with. Nonstick will not enter or Brown correctly, but it cleans like a dream and is quite easy to cook. Will not stick in the dishwasher, you can not use high heat, you can not use metal utensils, and you can not spray kitchen ISE as Pam, which corrode the surface. You have to be more stick with ginger, but if you will literally last forever. Look for Calphalon Contemporary Analon or Advanced. At the same time very strong. Inadvertently, I left a hard-anodized saucepan on the stove for 6 hours, causing it to burn a little. Because it was empty and there had no food / liquid to really "burn", instead get a charred surface, the cooking area discolored significantly the original gray a whitish hue. The bit "bright" are still there – I think that non-stick components are still good? But more specifically, I wonder if there is anything I can do to restore the color and / or if the pot is still always safe to use (is it carcinogenic?)

This might work ………. liquid dye placed inside the water and bleach, then mix and pour and could restore color
