When should I plant my beans on the outside? In a pot of 6 ".?
I've become a bean in my room. How do I know when I have planted in the ground next? How long can I keep the plant in my room? There must be a dead line for this plant because I install a 6 "pot. I had this plant for about 2 weeks so far.
Depending on which zone you are in, you want to wait until the last frost is past. Also, you should worry about the size of the plant, not the size of the pot. If the plant has grown for 2 weeks, this is not where near ready to go outside. Keep it on a windowsill or somewhere in the sun and keep watered as needed. Wait Intil it is at least 8 weeks. Here is a good site on transplants beans. http://www.jasons-indoor-guide-to-organic-and-hydroponics-gardening.com/transplanting-plants.html Good Luck!
