What are effective ways that you used to get you more motivation to diet and exercise more?

To try out new things and go back to the old stuff. Maybe a tennis club to join or take some hours in a local recreation center. There are also clubs to start jogging, etc. It is social and active, not from pressure. That may sound harsh or hard, but in motion. I moved 2500 miles, and I have more opportunities try new things and people are not some ol '. If you can not do it, try to travel adventures. Snorkeling in Mexico, hiking in Colorado, etc. There are adults "to try to camp" things, new things active.
