I rub my tired eyes and a minute later, had a red mark on the left eyelid!?

They told me it's a blister Blood. How do I get rid of it ASAP? It is not painful, but very unattractive.

It is probably not a blood blister as much as a blood vessel ruptured. It will heal with time, but if you mess with it, it will get worse. Just leave it either. The best thing to do if the view is really troubling you, cover it lightly with a concealer, then foundation and powder. In this way, it will help cover the redness. If you have a concealer violet, which is especially good to hide the red skin.
