Where to begin rebuilding the kitchen – walls, floors or cabinets?

I plan to repeat my kitchen and I do not know where I should start. I want to tear some paneling and put up drywall, tearing up the linoleum and lay a ceramic or vinyl disk and reinstall all new cabinets. Is there a certain order, I need to implement these projects? Can I "file" my tooth to get rid of the rot?

I have brown spots on my very back molars, I guess This is rot. They have not developed in deep cavities (at least not that I can say this, but hey, I'm no expert) and I am recently went to the dentist, but they did nothing for them. chipped a front tooth and I got that trademark (well, after Dr kept complete and it kept falling) and I have no problem with this tooth. Can I place far from where my teeth are decaying? Maybe it just makes it worse? I received a bunch of fluoride products (toothpaste, floss, mouthwash) to help "restore the enamel but I'm worried if I do they file it'll just make things worse, perhaps even the spread of decay. Can anyone Tell me what to do or another way to get rid of them without drilling?
