Wany to buy a good, reasonably priced food processor…?

…that is not obnoxiously loud. I have the Cuisinart blender/processor combo which is a little small for what I need, not to mention horribly loud. Anyone have a recommendation?

Kitchen Aid KFP710 was Consumer Reports “Best Buy” at $80. It looks like just about any Kitchen Aid or Cuisinart should be good and scored as being very quiet.

Prep Food Processor

What all is on your kitchen counter?

And how often do you use the items?

I have a coffee pot, very small, used a few times a week.
A knife block, though most of the knives are in the drawer.
A large George Foreman Grill, used once a week.
A blender/food processor…once a month.
A counter top wine opener, used very often.
Sugar and flour containers, used rarely.
Clorox Wipes, used daily.

That leaves me with enough room for my cutting board and a few bowls for prep work!

Kettle – which gets used mant times a day
Electric Kitchen scales – used every day
Microwave – used once a month if that
A knife block for my sharp knifes – used daily
Tea sugar abd coffee containers – daily use
Small bottle of washing up liquid – used rarely as I have a dish washer
Hand cream – used daily
2 chopping boards – used daily
Mug tree – used daily
Toaster – rarely used
Breadmaker – used once a week
