How can I stop taking air out of my house snapping in the wind. The exhaust fan cover.?

Can I take it just a vent cover for an air extractor fan in a bathroom or kitchen, if so the best thing you can do is replace it with a barbecue can cover fixed costs a few pounds of B & Q or Wickes etc. These do not have any moving parts on them to make noise. Just fix it to where the original was, the screw holes will probably match without having to drill holes in the wall.
