I am looking for a Pyrex bowl, the model in question is in France Corning Pyrex 457-meters. Ideas?

Cobalt Blue

Is there an alternative to the blue cobalt?

I just started dabbling in watercolor and I have a beginner set that contains phthalo blue ultlramarine, SAP and Viridian green for his green-blues. The book I use commencing continues to call for cobalt blue to gray with a wash other warm tones. I've been using phthalo blue and it just seems too bright. I do not get the correct value or is just in the wrong family of blue as acting as a substitute for cobalt? Thx guys:) It helps … All my "storm" came out bright blue seas … Hopefully I can head in the right direction now:) If I always mix the indigo / ultramarine blue with something as raw or burnt sienna? How can I get a gray wash better?

Hi: Winsor & Newton Phthalo blue (they call it Blue Winsor) in green and red shades. You can try to overseas – I think it's a little darker, and it could also be dry on the grainy side. O and N is also a watercolor medium because granularity – which can be a nice effect. Some paintings are also more transparent than others – I think overseas is more transparent, but a color like yellow ocher is more opaque. For perhaps sad the blue in blue phthalo, try adding an orange color that may help, too. You can get a gray made from "Gray of Payne "and there is a watercolor entitled" neutral color ". Check out Jerry's Artarama and watercolor painting section. There are approximations in line color who can help you find a good replacement. In addition, there is an online community an excellent artist, wetcanvas, with over 99,000 members worldwide. Membership Basic is free, and there is a watercolor FORUM and may be more artists who use mostly watercolors, which may also be able to offer really help. Hope this helps!

What are Quick and Healthy Lunches I'm just using the stove?

It's a long story about how our utensils kitchen were destroyed. Anyway, my family and I've teamed together to eat better and lose weight. We always eat processed foods, but not always as we did, only once or twice a week. Until last week, our kitchen utensils have been destroyed and now all we can use is the microwave and the Skillet for cooking. So what kinds of healthy lunches can I do using just the pan or in the microwave? I have breakfast and lunch covered. Are foods like Sloppy Joe, meatloaf Tacos and Dinners to eat properly with a Salad?

Healthy Chow Mein or Fried Rice: Boil whole wheat pasta in the microwave or use minute rice and set aside. In a skillet sauté minced garlic in a little oil or cooking spray. Add meat, chicken or shrimp. When this is done cooking, add vegetables and saute. When everything is almost cooked, add pasta, soy sauce and whatever seasonings you want more. For more healthy tostadas: tortillas Corn microwave until crisp (about 3 min.) Top low-fat canned refried beans, golden roasted turkey, lettuce (or cabbage, for a vitamin supplement), tomatoes, onions, little or no fat cheese / sour cream and salsa.
