Is it possible to glue the sheet of copper sheet?

I would like to attach pieces of copper foil on a steel plate (steel welded in place, copper is for decoration). I know I can not weld it, he will weld it? Or glue? Would it need to do with rivets? Thank you.

Various types of epoxy adhesives do the trick. How to obtain material of flannel the same size?

I try to make a rag quilt. I cut my squares same size (6 inches by 6 inches) using a template. The material I'm using is flannel so as you know, it tends to expand and contract at a rate much different than the standard cotton or most other materials. What I want to know is, although I used a 6 "x6" template my squares are different sizes. Before rebuilding my squares together, how can I make sure they have the same size? Yes I am using a rotary knife

Wash fabric before using. Iron your fabric. Do not pull or stretch your fabric while cutting or sewing. Are you a rotary cutter to cut your fabric? If not, consider doing so. Much faster and easier and can produce consistently.
