Help make nonstick pans non-stick again?

I currently have a set of non-stick calaphonle pots / pans. They are about 10-12 years of age and are constantly sticking. What can I do to make them non-stick again? (they are not in the dishwasher at all and I only use a soft sponge to clean, nothing rough) What can I do? Thank you

Hate to say that but I think you may need some new ones if they are so old. But you can try heating oil (olive) until it begins to smoke. Add kosher salt to the pan. Take a rubber spatula and push the heavy salt around with a little strength but not grinding. When she begins smoking, dump the oil and salt Out. Take a soft cloth and wipe dry. Try to boil an egg in the pan to see it worked. Good Luck!

Anolon Titanium is hard cookware dishwasher safe anodized better than the Cuisinart brand?

I found it to be. I prefer Anolon, and currently have over a thousand dollars. Love this stuff.

Thermolon Martha Stewart Green grill?

I was looking for a grill to make grilled chicken and stuff. I saw Martha Stewart has one at Macys for $ 35. It uses a new technology called Thermolon which contains chemicals deemed less than non-adhesive Ordinary Teflon coating. Has anyone bought this part yet? Would you recommend? I'm not interested in casting as I did never had a good experience with him. If it has Thermolon proves to be just as bad as regular non-stick, I think I'll go for a enamel covered grill. I just want to be able to make grilled chicken with flavor and grill marks. I want to do my homework first.

I not had the chance to discover the coating Thermolon new, but simply asking if something is "less chemicals" does make me think another choice beside the chemicals altogether. My choice, Enamel Grill Pan Lodge or Le Creuset for three simple reasons, without chemical coating, a higher heat retention and life span of the enamel surface. Good luck in your choice.
