What is the best way to cook chicken breasts in a metal or glass pan and covered or uncovered?
What temp and how long is best for chicken breasts without the skin? I am looking for a quick, simple but tasty to cook a breast chicken preferably in the oven.
Make it a bag of aluminum foil (just individually in 2 layers of tin foil) and bake for about an hour and a half. This makes them super moist, you do not need fat! You can add the seasonings you like, but here some ideas: Lemon, Garlic & Chile: Just add a dash of lemon juice and a little grated rind, 1 / 2 clove garlic crushed &! / 2 teaspoon dried chili flakes Tandoori: Add 1 / 2 tsp tablespoons tandoori paste and a little natural yoghurt Thai: Add a little brown sugar or palm sugar, a pinch of cream of coconut juice and lime zest, soy sauce and 1 part crushed lemongrass. BBQ: Add good shot of your favorite barbecue sauce on the bag of mushrooms: add some sliced mushrooms, cream and thyme in the bag and a little salt and pepper to taste Lemon and Thyme: Add 2 slices of lemon and a sprig of thyme and a little butter. I hope this gave you some inspiration, it really easier and tastier way to cook chicken breasts and very difficult to overcook! You can even add some vegetables to a separate bag with a little water or butter and let half the time, they one by really delicious too!
