BBQ: Add good shot of your favorite barbecue sauce on the bag of mushrooms: add some sliced mushrooms, cream and thyme in the bag and a little salt and pepper to taste Lemon and Thyme: Add 2 slices of lemon and a sprig of thyme and a little butter.
