Pressure cooker recipe for roast beef?
Hi, I wonder if it's possible to make roast beef (prime rib, roast NOT) in the pressure cooker. If I wanted medium rare, how long should I cook for (and at high or low pressure)? I have a Fagor Duo 8L pressure cooker. Other advice would be helpful. I need instructions on how to do that because I did not use a pressure cooker or roast cooked beef before. I already checked Google before I posted this question and many of the recipes are there to roast. In my question I said I want a recipe for prime rib, roast NOT.
