How and why did you cook with a stainless steel stove?

I was told it would be better to skip

Saute is to cook over high heat with grease, olive oil and butter to provide the best results. No need for a non-stick pan, because they are generally used at home to reduce having to use additional fat for cooking foods with such does not stick. In the restaurant / kitchen novice cooks well, your there to enjoy a meal at the delicious taste that requires the addition of materials fat which, in turn, keep your food from sticking. In addition, quality stainless steel pans usually have a better distribution of heat than Nonstick pans commercial. Stainless steel has never been linked to cancer, which is Teflon, nonstick coatings, etc., have been published as well as containing chemicals cause cancer, especially when they are scratched and fall into your food
