Do pre seasoned cast iron distribute the same amount of iron in food as non pre irons experienced?

I heard that some are preseasoned with a varnish that is not natural. Was not hinder iron healthy, it distributes? Last question, when cooking on the cast, then I just lay the eggs / steak and wait for it to heat or heat the pot first and then throw the food in?? high temperature or will it burn? THANKS so much guys, I appreciate it …… Thank you – I need to add oil to sear the steak well? I heard that you get iron in your food by cooking with cast iron. Is it questionable?
