What is your best advice for saving money?

As a SAHM and just generally a sober person, I am always seeking advice on how to save money. I would like to share some of mine too. Here are my favorite tips for saving money Use a slow cooker, it takes less money to manage your ovals, saves tons of time, food is great, and it does not heat the house. Use a toaster oven. When I'm not cooking in the crock pot I cook in my toaster oven. I bought one large enough to cook pies, bread, cake in a square pan cakes, cookies, chicken, steak, etc. …. I bought a regular toaster to toast. I think toast in a toaster oven is a great waste of electricity. Buy used whenever possible. I bought my son's loft bed $ 150 for the same sales exact bed from $ 1,000 to our kids furniture store in the neighborhood. I bought the wheels of power 2 seater jeep for $ 30. and I Quadra Fire purchased a gas insert for $ 250, we looked the same at a local store for $ 2500. These are some good deals I found.

So many tips, a room so little! I save plastic bowls of cottage cheese, yogurt, cream cheese, etc. They are ideal for organizing small items like nails and screws, or may be used when painting. Ditto for coffee cans. I save the daily press, and then roll in wet the papers that I use in my fireplace in winter. Freecycle is another great thing! I also clean and reuse water bottles plastic. Save my plastic bottles great for my greenhouse though. I'll fill them with water, paint them with black paint spray and use as a sink heat when the weather gets cold and my greenhouse needs heat. When it warms, and cylinders are not needed, I use water From bottles to water my plants. Right now, I save the corks of bottles of beer to an art project free outside! It is an idea from my sister! I buy mostly thrift stores or consignment stores for clothes, and yes, I hang my clothes outside on a clothesline!
