How can I cook for 30 large lobster tails at a time without the grill?
I want these to be hot all at about the same time, but I am open to the idea of global warming if they are good ideas that will not end with them being dried. I have to hand Stockpot great, a couple of ovens, a small steamboat. Thank you!
I'd split the tail shell, remove the meat, poking a skewer themeat in (so it does not curl), brush w / butter, and broil on a baking sheet w / 1 "sides. You can prep them the same Thus, add about a cup of hot water and cover w / foil. Bake in the oven, let the steam, then remove paper and place in broiler to evaporate water and brown a little.
