get off (mud walls = no steam wallpaper) and I was wondering if the cloth covering Polycell supposedly over textured wallpaper was good. like the stuff is quite expensive so I'd like to hear all views:)

Yes we had some damage to the walls just look good when wet rough dry sand Lighlty just after. Try if you can be bothered to make the walls and then put some on plain paper and then paint it will look better. Good luck, you work awaits you.
